The Marina currently has a total of 80 berths of which only 2 are currently still available for long-term rental. Plans are underway to create another 7 berths in the near future.
Visitors / temporary rentals must be arranged well in advance by contacting the Marina Manager

at R40/launch/retrieve for visitors. This facility is free to all permanent berth holders - Long-term storage of trailers and large yacht cradles is available in the Velddrift Industrial area
at R200/month. Contact Johan van Zyl at 082-336-7368 - Ablution Facilities are available to visiting crews at the Port Owen Yacht Club at R20/person/day. or R200/person/month. Contact the Marina Manager, Pat Wesson 083-231-6953, for the key.

Poma Boat Trailer Parking Area
1. This parking area falls under the jurisdiction of POMA. It is only for use of boat owners launching at the Port Owen Marina slipway.
2. Only licenced and road worthy trailers are allowed in the parking area. The owner must obtain a permit at the Timeshare Office before parking the trailer in the parking area. All trailers must be clearly marked with the name and contact number of the owner.
3. Trailers may only be parked in this area for a maximum period of one week. If parking in this area is required for a period longer than one week the Marina Manager must be contacted for permission. Contact details are available from the Timeshare Office.

Failure to comply with the above mentioned requirements will lead to the clamping of the wheels of the trailer.
